Can't believe how badly some people are at handling life skills. You'd think after a few decades that people will learn how to handle life and grow into responsible adults; alas the world in all its goodness is still harsh and unforgiving. The ex still persists to try and play mind games. I know you can never get over what has hurt you from your past but you can learn to adapt and change for the better. A fundamental element of Life is about adapting to change, I think people with emotional issues get stuck in that point of needing to feel good about them self by making other people feel hurt; it's a control thing possibly. Unable to change they go through the same motions over and over again, blaming others for their mistakes. For example how can you put someone down for the way they live their life if you have chosen to go out with them and slept with them, that was your choice?
You made the mistake of thinking you could play about with this innocent naive person or so you thought. The reality is you are immature and have never gotten over your past, you've never had a figure in your life of stability and when you do get it you run back and forth to the people that have created you into the person you are today! I hope you realise, because you chose to associate with promiscuous liars that toyed with you emotionally and forced you into this life of sleeping around, you lost someone that loved you deeply more than their own life, with all your faults, they still wanted to start a family with you. Well done! Pat yourself on the back and think how lucky you are! You may have got stuck with someone that’s different from what you know!!!

Ever since the swinging Sixties, the sexual revolution has been credited with giving single women the same freedom as men.
But many don't actually want it, according to research published yesterday.
They feel regretful and 'used' the morning after a one-night stand, and worry about damage done to their reputation while men brag to friends about their sexual exploits.
Only when they believe there is a chance of forming a long-term relationship do women risk having sex on a first date, it is claimed.
One off: But the next morning is full of regret for some women
Professor Anne Campbell of Durham University, who led the research, said almost half of the women interviewed felt full of regret after a brief encounter.
She explained: 'In evolutionary terms women bear the brunt of parental care and it has been generally thought that it was to their advantage to choose their mate carefully and remain faithful to make sure that their mate had no reason to believe he was raising another man's child.
'But recently biologists have suggested that females could benefit from mating with many men - it would increase the genetic diversity of their children and, if a high- quality man would not stay with them for ever, they might at least get his excellent genes for their child.'
She tested the theory, asking a total of 1,743 men and women who had experienced a one-night stand to rate it either negatively or positively.
Only 54 per cent of women said they had enjoyed the experience.
Whilst 80 per cent of men felt happy about it most women said it was less sexually satisfying than they had first thought.
And, contrary to belief, women did not see taking part in casual sex as a prelude to long-term relationships.
They predominantly felt 'used' and were consumed by feelings that they had let themselves down.
The research, carried out on the internet, found that 23 per cent of men indicated some regret the morning after a one-night stand, while 58 per cent of women said they would not repeat the experience.
One female respondent said: 'I generally felt dirty and unhappy.'
Another said: 'The expectation was better than the reality, the sex was rubbish.'
According to the survey, men's greatest regret centered on having chosen an unattractive or undesirable partner.
According to the research, published in the journal Human Nature, women are not well adapted to casual relationships and instead prefer 'quality to quantity'.
'What the woman seemed to object to was not the briefness of the encounter but the fact that the man did not seem to appreciate her,' said Professor Campbell.
'The woman thought this lack of gratitude implied that she did this with anybody.'
She said that although women do not rate casual sex positively, the reason they still take part in it might be due to the menstrual cycle changes influencing their sexual motivation.
During the ovulatory phase, between days ten and 18 of their cycle, women report increased sexual desire and arousal, with a preference for short-term partners.

Quite a leap to make when one might consider that these young women's responses may actually be due to the still-as-yet-unrecognized prudish push of mass media, church, family and friends that tell women they SHOULD feel bad in the case of one night stands and tells young men that it's what they're supposed to do and enjoy. As long as we keep trying to 'prove' morality with biology, we will continue to impinge biology with morality.

Are women just beginning to realise that the 'Sex and The City' lifestyle is the best thing that ever happened for men? Take their pleasure and walk away from their responsibilities. Wonderful! The women think they are liberated. I wish I was young again. Girls keep your knickers on - be selective and do not ruin your life because you are the ones left with a reputation and the possible bundle of joy that may and very often does result.

I wonder why it is then I get "approached" shall we say by so many women, most of then blatantly telling me what they would like to do to me, frequently in graphic terms - wouldn't mind so much. But most of them are less than half my age! It's downright embarrassing.

Women wanting a grateful man do not fit my experience. Women are not attracted to men who appreciate them, probably ultimately because it signals inferior genes, as a grateful man is man who is unsuccessful with women and needy - a loser. So the best way to get sex is to act like you are barely interested and just using the woman, unfortunately. If you are abusive as well, then you can count on her falling in love with you. I wish women could put their money where their mouth is and sleep more with men who would appreciate them, but that is simply not how they are designed and attraction is not a choice, so they will continue to regret their one-night stands.

I do believe it is actually possible to have a one night stand without feeling terrible the next day. In certain circumstances, the woman is expecting just a night of passion without expecting it to go any further. It is possible for a woman to actually not care about it and feel 'why the hell should I be made to feel terrible about it when it's two grown adults having one off passion and nothing else'? I think if you're not prepared for the outcomes then don’t do it. It's as simple as that. A secure, confident woman would see it as sex and if she feels terrible the next day then maybe she should have thought about it before going ahead and not put herself in that situation.

At a low point after being lied to constantly and treated like a Muppet, it wouldn’t take much to sway me Clara’s way! Have to stay focussed and not get pulled into the game, of come get if you won’t it. I’m trying to look for something with more substance than before, a bit more classy, not a ghetto jing bang. When will females learn that a marrying man looks for something that is a bit more wholesome (that will be Motherly), how do they think someone will feel about having something serious with someone who is jumping on all kinds of unsavoury characters and things! ‘My child has to come out of you but there has been things there that shouldn’t of been’! In your opinion, why do you think someone will sleep with a person without being in love with them? Why are they doing it? Or kiss them with tongues passionately! Mary Jane’s Dissarano and Coke

So a week has gone past and all is well feeling energised confident and excited at new outcome in life. Been out a couple of times and seem to be able to function normal contradictory to what the girl with a haulage van of emotional baggage had been trying to brainwash me into thinking I have issues,
‘HOLD ON!’
I’m happy in my career progressing steadily, earning enough to live comfortable, pay my bills and spend money on the things I like, after all I have no dependants ANYMORE!
I mean what is it with the females of today why do they think they should be pampered when they act like a female pack of hyenas’ or worse, you have to treat people like you want to be treated if you expect kindness in return. There wasn’t one of her close circle that hadn’t cheated on their current partner again if you are expecting this kind of character to be of wife material your mad ‘RUN!’
Been keeping myself busy, went out on Friday with some work friends in a nice bar called Mary Jane’s, City side. I met my friends in an old pub in Tower Hill, Tom was there first and he quickly ordered me my poison, Dissarano and Coke, gave me the run down on the night before the others arrived. Tom was a funny character married with a beautiful little girl but he had this urge to prove he’s THE MANLY- type of guy. Well the night was in order for Lee’s birthday, again married with kids but a playboy through and through, He’s the typical Blonde Blue eyed boy, makes women melt away, it was his birthday and they had planned a night out, with some of the office ladies(not sure that’s the right name but hay). There was four coming also Terry and Manning was accompanying them another two of the playa variety.
In they come and to my surprise they are very pretty well dressed that city dressing is such a turn on, a women in a power suit has that ‘Je ne sais quoi‘, after having your partner wear leggings with holes nearly every day for the last 8 months you can imagine my mind racing with thoughts. So I get a couple of cheeky smiles as the introductions begin, Kim nice height Chinese lady, firm body cute smile strong legs built to………
Well you get my train of thought. Clara slender English lady but huge breast and sparkly greens eyes, Melissa west Indian lady can’t remember what island but she was absolutely stunning, strong body gorgeous smile last but not least Emma, English lady average looks but takes care of herself good hair, nails, clothes and all the things that should be in place for a lady.
Intros over and I’ve already been complimented on my looks I’m not really getting involved with the conversation to much as football is on the pub screen and Italy are getting a whopping. Every now and again I hear a comment about me but just play quite for now, your thinking how arrogant the thing is I know they, most probably have a man as my friends do not want bunny boilers to tell wifey and if not I’m presuming they haven’t de-stressed from work quite yet, I’ll wait till the bar…..he! he!.
Terry by the way is an ex boxer in his 40’s but still built, short as hell! funny like Eddy Murphy, seriously side splitting. He’s trying to get Kim to send her sister a picture of him and tell her to leave her partner for him, he’s real confident like that he’s got no fears. You may think that’s not nice but then you tend to act in the company you keep so Kim had no qualms sending the photo, now you make your own mind up, would you want to know someone who would do that! Well getting a bit frustrated with the pub scene I offer to get the next round on the grounds we drink up and head to the bar. Cheers of agreement. PHEW! Didn’t think if I was being eager I’m not really feeling the vibe in the pub…… so taken orders i head to get the drinks. I’m talking to the eastern Europe bar maid pouring the drinks and I feel a breast and thigh touch my side in a affirmative manor….O ER! Misses! what’s going on here.
Clara had wondered over to help me but in the process just managed to lose her balance and need to lean on me and run her hand down my torso, exactly what were you trying to grab onto love……..lol. So I adjusted her stance with her and thanked her for being thoughtful and at that precise moment caught a look in her that just kick started a my mind wondering.
‘This lady is quite pretty and I know she has some firm body after helping her steady herself’

'lambs marring in the meadows'
Ok I’ve just come out of a disastrous relationship and am looking forward to having my freedom back. But first I need to clear my mind of the smog that clouded my mind from the mad lady with a haulage van of emotional baggage (Must make mental note DO NOT DATE OPPOSITE SEX WITH EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS).
Another point to note you’ve got to ask why do women wear fake accessories of the human kind like hair, nails (not always a bad thing but then again if she can’t look after her own nails than what else can’t she look after RUN!!!).
Well by lunch time today I’d had enough of the childish I’m not listening to you and don’t want to talk and just straight up told her ‘I DON’T WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU ANYMORE’ there I said it……………AHHHHHHHHHHHH!(sigh of relief I can here the lambs marring in the meadows).
Now think of this, when we men are told the latter we deal with it in a calm and collective manor and apply the new regime…… I’m a virile single man GRRR!! Well we like to think so…….I’ll go into the single life later as for now lets reassure ourselves of where we are, So with no emotion off she trots and I on my way to drown my sorrows NOT! My mind races at the new horizons available to moi! Don’t get me wrong I did love this girl and yes note the demotion of character from lady to girl as anyone who hasn’t been able to grow mentally and deal with their issues is immature and child like but after you find out she’s lied about nearly everything about her life from being this long dark haired slutry ( OOPs was meant to say sultry) looks turned out to be a burnt haired neurotic nymph and that’s putting it lightly, I’ve been a lil’scoundrel through my life but some of the things she’d told me actually turned my stomach…………,
She’d been in a long term relationship which started with her and her ex cheating on each other sleeping with a friends boyfriend, married men and all while she was with her poor ex well not poor he was a well established man by all counts self made like, as I’m writing I can’t believe I tried to settle down with this emotionally detached wreck. I must have a blind eye for pretty ladies. We’d been together for two years moving in much to fast, some old traits are hard to kill. Life was bliss at first all day sex ,only stopping for work food and Shower time, Guys you know when you’ve fallen in there head first feet deep.
We both loved having so much sex we were like greedy little rabbits that’s no joke. Then the lies started, the first I couldn’t really complain but showed character really so shock horror she was still seeing her ex when we met. Then later to find out after openly admitting to being a bit of a sexual predator that she is still talking with him in a comforting way, I tell you some people enjoy being down right irrational. Now alarm bells started ringing in my head now. The image of this girl has changed and now her character is changing as well…..to top things off now she was still messaging her long time @#ck buddy. Now anyone will tell you this, there’s no need to have two personal phones, what is the point of having not one but two phones and being on silent. The call lists were constantly deleted, messages always deleted now your thinking hold on you’re a bit of a weirdo knowing all this…..well one day I was sitting in our kitchen at the breakfast bar overlooking the lounge when I noticed beneath my nose on the couch my little fettered Rose was going through my phone like her fingers were on fire now she always knew where I was my phone is always on and I always answer. So I got to thinking she’s paranoid about me so she must be doing something to be paranoid, that’s a big mistake just leave. You’ll only get upset putting it lightly.
So first mission seek sun sand and cocktails and we all know what goes with these three things and yes I’m being self indulgent seeking some therapy Mongolian style raw and passionate, remember the new regime GRRR! Two hours later numerous phone calls\100 holiday web sites later I managed to secure a group of my trusted party animals and flights to the old party capital in hope of recapturing some youthful memories. So phase one is in effect, keep the mind busy-
Another point to note you’ve got to ask why do women wear fake accessories of the human kind like hair, nails (not always a bad thing but then again if she can’t look after her own nails than what else can’t she look after RUN!!!).
